Indoor Winter Guard

At Dorman High School we have three different Winter Guards! Our Varsity Winter Guard is selected from our Marching Band Color Guard. Our JV Winter Guard is comprised of students in grades 8-12. Our Dorman Cadet Guard is made up of 7th-8th graders. All students are auditioned each year to be selected to one of these performing ensembles. This year we had over 130 students audition to be part of our Winter Guard program!

We also have our Middle School Exploratory Guard Class!  Once a week, 7th and 8th graders have an opportunity to get pulled out of their Exploratory Class to get a sampling of what it means to be in the Color Guard.  There are no fees or after school rehearsals for members of the Middle School Guard Class.
